一、本學期的指導思想：

在本學期的英語教學中，要面向全體學生，關注每個學生的情感，激發他們學習英語的興趣，幫助他們建立學習的成就感和自信心，培養創新精神；目標設計以學生技能，語言知識，情感態度，學習策略和文化意識的發展為基礎；突出學生主體，尊重個體差異；采用活動途徑，倡導參與，采用任務型的教學模式，讓學生在老師的指導下參與和合作等方式，實現目標；注重過程評價，促進學生發展，建立能激勵學生學習興趣和自主學習能力發展的評價體系。總之，讓學生在使用英語中學習英語，讓他們在使用和學習英語的過程中，體味到輕松和成功的快樂。

二、學生情況分析及對策：

本學期，我擔任七年級（1）、（3）兩個班的英語教學工作，雖然大部分學生在小學已接觸過英語，他們已經認識了部分字母和單詞，掌握了英語學習的一些基本方法，但大多數同學只是會說部分單詞和句子。尖子生少，學習困難生多，部分學生沒有明確的學習目的，缺少學習的熱情和主動性，自覺性較差，相應的學習習慣也差。26個英文字母都不會寫。針對種種情況，在本學期的英語教學中，一方面應加強基礎知識的講解和基本技能的訓練，讓學生掌握詞匯、語法、句型等基礎知識和聽、說、讀、寫等基本技能，為進一步學習英語打下堅實的基礎；另一方面，又要采取多種措施，注意培養學生對英語的興趣；讓學生掌握記憶語音、單詞、閱讀和寫作等英語學習技巧，培養良好的學習習慣和自主探索，合作探究能力。充分調動學生的學習積極性和主動性。教學上采取任務型教學，運用靈活多變的方法，實現學生語言運用能力的遷移和拓展。尊重理解學生，與學生一起分享學習中的苦與樂。使每一位學生都能在學習中取得很大成績，有所進步。

三、教學目標：

培養學生對英語的學習興趣，形成有效的學習策略，有效提高學習效率，發展雙基能力，培養聽、說、讀、寫的能力，使學生初步獲得運用英語的能力，達到語言運用能力的遷移和拓展。

四、教材分析：

本套七年級教材以修訂后的義教課標為依據作了修訂，共分十二個單元，三個預備篇，九個正式篇，分sectiona和sectionb以及selfcheck三部分。

各部分內容

sectiona：1a呈現本單元的重點單詞，語法結構與功能；1b呈現任務型聽力練習；1c結對練習核心對話；2a，2b是多種聽力練習；2c呈現不同的任務。2d讓學生進行實際操練，grammarfocus呈現語法功能重點；3a-3c提供多種課堂活動。

sectionb：1a學會擴展；1b新舊知識綜合運用，同時在原有基礎上有所擴展；1c-1b或2a-2b為聽力練習；1e，2c鞏固重點句型，3a-3b提供各類練習形式，隨著所學內容的加深，逐步擴展成閱讀和寫作練習。

“自我檢測”部分（selfcheck），通過一些更有針對性的練習，幫助學生復習單元重點詞匯、目標結構等，同時引導學生進行回顧和反思，幫助學生對所學內容進行自我歸納、總結和檢測。

七年級是英語學習的基礎階段，也是關鍵時期。基礎打不好，直接影響學生整個初中階段，乃至高中、大學的英語學習。所以做好七年級英語的教學工作至關重要。對此我制定了以下措施：

1、每天背誦課文中的對話。目的：要求學生背誦并默寫，培養語感。

2、每天記10個生詞，2個常用句子或習語。實施：利用“聽寫、互測及教師抽查”及時檢查，保證效果并堅持下去。

3、認真貫徹晨讀制度：規定晨讀內容，加強監督，保證晨讀效果。

4、對英語學習實行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要給學生檢驗自己努力成果的機會，讓進步的同學體會到成就感，讓落后的同學找出差距，感受壓力。由此在班里形成濃厚的學習氛圍，培養學生健康向上的人格和競爭意識。

5、對后進生進行專門輔導，讓他們在小進步、小轉變中體味學習的快樂，樹立學習的自信，盡快成長起來。

6、關注學生的情感，營造寬松、民主、和諧的教學氛圍。

7、實施“任務型”的教學途徑，培養學生綜合語言運用能力。

8、在教學中根據目標并結合教學內容，創造性地設計貼近學生實際的教學活動，吸引和組織他們積極參與。學生通過思考、調查、討論、交流和合作等方式，學習和使用英語，完成學習任務。

七、質量檢測：

每二單元一次小測驗，每四單元一次綜合測試。堅持日測、周測、月測的形成性評價制度：對英語學習實行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要給學生檢驗自己努力成果的機會，讓進步的同學體會到成就感，讓落后的同學找出差距，感受壓力。由此在班里形成濃厚的學習氛圍，培養學生健康向上的人格和競爭意識。

八、培優幫輔：

眾所周知：對優生、尖子生的輔導特別重要。本次培優工作以年級組為單位組織學生，以教師個別輔導為單位組織教學。

1、優生輔導的目的：為全面提高教學質量，出色完成學校制定的培養目標，特選拔學科基礎扎實、學業成績優異、思維敏捷、學習能力超群的學生，進行重點培養，為他們脫穎而出創造條件，從而造就一批實踐能力強的人才，為學校增光。

2、具體措施：

（1）幫助優生認識自己——幫助優生超越某些具體的考試分數和名次，通過和其他杰出青少年的比較，通過對自己求學過程中的經驗與失敗的冷靜分析，正確全面地認識自己，進而有針對性地發展自己。

（2）嚴格要求。對優生把真摯的愛與嚴格的要求統一起來。當優生出現問題時，既要保護他們的自尊心，又要及時、嚴肅地指出影響他們進步的原因，以及這些錯誤的嚴重后果、改正的方法等。在平時的學習中工作中，要為他們創造發揮能力的機會，也讓他們嚴格約束自己，虛心向大家學習，不搞特殊化。

（5）進行高難度題型的訓練。
