尊敬的各位家長：

大家下午好!

你們的孩子來到這里已經半學期了。今天，我們在這里相聚，目標只有一個，那就是為了孩子們能更好地成長和學習上能取得更大的進步。我先作個自我介紹：我叫黃燕燕，是本班的英語教師。

我的發言分四個部分:匯報班級情況，交流三個問題，幾點溫馨提示。

1.班級學生現狀

我們班總共 名學生，上周我校進行了半期考試。我把半期英語考試的情況簡單向各位家長作個匯報。平均分 分，優生 人，優生率 %。排名前十名的有 ;與九月份第一次月考相比，進步較大的學生有 。通過高中半期的學習，大多數學生都具有良好的英語學習習慣。學習積極性較高，能夠自覺完成老師布臵的作業，深知英語學科在整個高中課程的重要性。

2.存在問題:

1)早讀課容易瞌睡，每天晚上加夜班的同學比較多，導致早上精神狀態不好。

2)部分學生的學習方式仍然停留在初中甚至小學階段，從不自覺主動地去學習(從他們對作業的認識和處理方式上就可以看出來)

3)部分學生抄襲作業，少數學生作業拖拉甚至不交作業

1.首先和大家交流一個問題：孩子上了高中以后，總有一部分家長很納悶：我家的孩子在小學能考到八九十分，初中也能考到七八十分，為什么到了高中，成績不令人滿意，甚至有些失望呢?

這個問題的答案首先與各個學習階段的特點有關：小學階段以賞識教育為主，要在很小的時候培養學生的自信心，試卷內容大多與課本有關，因此考試分數自然會很高。初中則是以普及教育為主，考試會照顧到大部分學生，因此分數也較高。但是，高中教育，特別是在以高考為最終目標的大背景下，就是以選拔為目的了，所以，考試難度與深度會有很大的提升，得分率自然就會下降，孩子們的考試分數自然會低一些。所以拿初中甚至小學的分數來衡量孩子們高中的學習，是不科學的。

其次，與學生自身的學習方式和學習習慣有關：高中階段學習科目多而且難，要求學生必須學會自主學習(自覺主動地去學習)，即變“要我學”為“我要學”，再也不能像初中甚至小學那樣靠老師和家長盯著學，那樣成績自然會下降。

2.第二個問題，為什么同一個班級的孩子三年后成績差別那么大?成績進步大的一定是那些學習習慣和個性好的孩子。孩子為什么會這樣，其實因素很多，這不僅僅與學習基礎有關，最主要的是與孩子的心態、學習方式及學習習慣密切相關。學生的學習方式及習慣是極其重要的，直接影響和決定學生的成績。不要到高三時才感慨，現在我們不是不想學，而是在高一、高二時沒有養成良好的學習習慣，沒能改變自己的學習方式以適應高中的學習，現在只能是心有余而力不足。因此，現在必須努力學習。

在此，我希望家長們要時時關注孩子的學習習慣和個性，也就是情商問題。大量的實例證明了一個人的成功主要取決于情商，其次才是智商，兩者的比例大概是7:3。既然知道英語學科舉足輕重，就必須愛英語，以十足的干勁學好英語。

3.第二個問題，請家長們正確看待孩子在班級的考試名次，當孩子名次退步時，原因是多方面的，首先幫助他樹立信心，然后一起幫助分析原因，而不要盲目地批評甚至打罵孩子?！巴映升?，望女成鳳”是我們共同的'心愿，但在高一更應注重孩子學習習慣的培養、學習方式的轉變，讓孩子快樂的成長進步，嚴格遵循教育教學規律。

4.有些孩子還沒有適應高中的學習，還不知道高中階段怎么學，希望家長們高度關注。高中學習科目多而難，時間緊，主要靠學生自主和自覺地學習，老師主要是引導和輔導、檢查和督促，而不像初中那樣盯著你學習。說明學生在學習目的、學習興趣上還需培養。

訂正的習慣，督促學生建立錯題集，當堂發現的問題，當堂訂正，不拖拉，不滯留，將問題解決在發現之處，從而保證知識點的連接，為建立學科知識體系做保障。這些習慣，會讓學生真正的樂學、好學，在成功中追求快樂，在快樂中追求成功!

和孩子一起確定一個他能夠達到的目標——家長適度的期望值。

孩子是家長的希望，教育好孩子是老師的希望。父母對孩子期望值的高低直接影響孩子將來所取得成就的大小。期望值一定要有，而且要恰到好處。

期望值過高：孩子拼命按家長的意愿生活、學習，也許父母感到滿足，但孩子生活得較為壓抑，甚至影響心理健康。盡力后仍達不到家長的要求，雙方均失望，可能導致孩子自暴自棄;

期望值過低或沒有：家長對尚不自覺的孩子期望值過低或沒有，孩子會缺少外在精神支持，認為不重視、無所謂。

適度的期望值：在原有基礎上適當拔高，不操之過急，不高不攀，否則可能大家都失望。

(2)幫助孩子增強自信心

(3)關注孩子成績的變化(即名次的升降)而不是絕對名次

(4)溝通---多傾聽孩子的訴說

(5)多和老師尤其是班主任聯系，及時了解情況，積極配合班主任和老師做好孩子的思想工作

只有有效的家校聯動(溝通與合作)，才能教育好學生。
